Australian Anaesthetists are Medical Specialist Doctors with world class training in sedation, regional and general anaesthesia, pain control, resuscitation, and management of medical emergencies.

Dr Favero is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and maintains currency with their Continuing Professional Development program. He is a member of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists. 

Dr Favero is a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of New South Wales, and an alumnus, including a Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS, 2009).

He completed a provisional fellowship in Adult and Paediatric Anaesthesia at the Prince of Wales and Sydney Children’s Hospital (2016), works substantively across the suite of hospitals at the Randwick campus, and other sites with particular surgeons. JP has ongoing involvement in PreHospital and Retrieval Medicine, and has worked with NSW Ambulance and CareFlight.
